My issue and your issue is about different things.

My issue claims that element can be identified as caption if BOTH placed in similar paragraph with media AND has distinct style (<em>, <strong>, etc...). There were admin's decision about it: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/bimru.ru/template31/issue2/

Your issue insist that all paragraphs after media with tag <em> should be a caption. This is not safe solution and there was admin's decisions about it too: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/joinfo.ua/template10/issue1/
