You are using unicode characters for full and empty stars, but a png image for half stars. They unavoidably will look considerably different. Telegram apps have font size setting for IV which will scale the text but not icons. You might not care, but it can make someone's eyes bleed.
When transforming non-trivial markup it's important to make sure that appearance is not ruined.
Also, it would be better if the icons were bigger than 11x11. Preferably around the same size as on the source page. Not everyone has a microscope.
