There is no rules described about image order. The description belongs to the whole article. So what is wrong?

Wrong order between text and photos can cause the text that refers to photos in a specific order to lose their meaning. This can be quite confusing for a reader.

The order must be preserved somehow. Unfortunately, this is a valid issue.
