Those are list items in the source, as we can learn from css, this site uses those icons for customized list style, it's better to keep them, or those list items seem just like normal paragraphs.

- They use svg for these icons, and svg is not supported by IV. Seems like you hardcode these arrows.
Why don't you transform these block into list using <ul> and <li>?
I guess omitting these svg icons is not critical.
Also, having the whole article text inside <ul> may be not a good solution as lists are originally designed for bullet points and short statements inside the article.
