real publish date (August 22) missing from IV, different date (23 Aug) is shown instead, not clear where this date came from, it's not anywhere in the article.

"Real" publish date you're pointing at clearly states that it is in ET (Easter Time), which is 5 hours behind UTC showed in preview.
