Empty paragraphs at the top and at the bottom are not removed

- They contain non-breaking spaces for whatever reason and it seems for me there is no way (probably) to get rid of such paragraphs.
Anyway, this site has horrific and inconsistent source code and I guess it's not that critical to have 2 empty paragraphs before the article and a number of them after it on 14 years old page.
