I marked two blocks: image and slideshow caption/author

This text is indicated as "author" in the source,
but sometimes there is a description.

This will be a issue if the caption will be specified as "cite"?

One more question:
From the old layout, I suppose, inside the text blocks there are still <img> tags, but the images themselves are deleted.

I have not found a single page where they would stay.
It is impossible to clearly understand - this is an icon or a smile or a real photo.

Is this a issue if I leave them as <pic>?
I found them only in articles 2017 and earlier.
