- i've got what are you talking about, but i dont think it can be reason for issue because:
6.3 Cover Images
We will only accept issues based on absence or presence of a cover image in these cases:
The chosen image is CLEARLY inappropriate for the cover.
The cover is missing from an article that has a cover on the source website.
The cover image is duplicated in the article.
Several images appear in the article one after another. In this case, the template should not break the sequence by extracting one of them as a cover (example).
my image equals picture in original article, original size, has no bad content, don't duplicate any another image

- It's a mini photo here, even in the article. It would be better to get more appropriate image if it's possible.

Cover image is a reduced thumbnail version of the image. However, you can obtain a full version (see my template).
Reduced image previews don't seem appropriate for a cover.
