"Upd. at" stands for "Updated at". Сheck the meta to make sure.
Your time same as <meta property="og:updated_time"> and <meta property="article:modified_time">. But it differs from <meta property="article:published_time">.

Original article has only publication date without time. So you either should use date only or use <meta property="article:published_time">. Your time is wrong.
