Dear admin team.
I ask you to reconsider this decision since it seems to me not quite correct and should be considered in more detail.
The issue is described as "Live broadcasts must not generate IV". This item, as I understand, refers to section 2.1. "Pages with dynamic content". And supposedly the article has dynamic content. Let's see what is happening.
I waited for new LIVE broadcasts (such as in the issue at the time when it was published) and studied the web pages in detail during the time they were LIVE and after. In general, we are faced with an interesting situation.
The problems are:
- There are no valid and reliable ways to distinguish "real" live broadcasts from old ones, ways to recognize whether the text translation is running now, or it has already ended.
