1. I'm ready to prove Анон Михалыч's (Template 19) words in his appeal: there was no such form of a content when we works on this site's templates. He can fix it after you finish your checking, i think.
2. I think one of your decisions in other domains where i works was incorrect (sorry for my impudence please :D)

This site regularly removes some articles (i dont know reason, maybe its too old for news (1+ day)) and replaces their content to "Page is not availible / Please, contact us...". Its not text of article, this message generated automatically for articles which are unavailible now. But before there was regular article with correct text, title & category: you can check it by URL.
I still think its form of 404 page (it also has some text with 404 page), and we shouldnt generate IV's for error pages.
