Description and title is the same.I think it is not too old article .

- It's the value taken from meta. For most of the articles OG tag is perfect and provides short and descriptive information about the article. You can check each and every article from the main page, and they will have a good enough description.
Here it is descriptive enough too, but unfortunately website's editor wasn't creative enough and decided to copy-paste the title.
The thing is that there's no better way of extracting description from the page.
You've taken the first paragraph, but it doesn't describe what's article about at all! Moreover, you're missing "12 a.m." from it, making your description useless: https://telegra.ph/dfsd-04-24
IMO it's okay to keep it that way. Sure, there will be some articles where description duplicates title, but for most of them it's better to use OG description. And by using first paragraph there will be a lot of articles where description is meaningless.

- Checked 20 most recent articles from the main page. All of them have no issues with link preview descriptions. It seems the site has a special designed text for the link preview description in most cases. There's no reason to reject the template because of the one page.
