Again about tall infographic images. this article is not in special infographics category, but we have here in attributes @width="1097" and @height="4761". It is definitely tall infographic image and we can identify this.

No. Such infographics don't have any markers besides height. As I understand, you totally rely on height, and that can lead to some unexpected image links (like some images here: https://sputnik-georgia.ru/interview/20190228/244559009/Pochemu-rezhisser-Rosgostsirka-Giya-Eradze-ne-priezzhaet-v-Tbilisi.html). So I simply follow this rule from 6.2.6:
"If there is no reliable way to identify such images and they are not consistently featured on the website, it is acceptable to leave infographics as ordinary photos."
