Answer: Admins rejected one of my templates and said "use @inline to add all pages into the first page". I guess they can increase the limit for a domain so it's the reason why they wanted me to do this. I listen to admins and use @inline to merge them.

Template #22 can't generate IV for the page below even if there are less photos than the limitation. Kindly check the template #22.
