It is good that you googled "Timezones of Canada" and decided to put the timezone for every date as -06:00 by default. However, <meta> with property "article:published_time", in this case, contains the following in its content: 2019-03-26T16:18:00+00:00. As you can clearly see, the timezone set by sitemakers is +00:00. The timezone is clearly identifiable on the source page, but you set it wrong.

Nope, it's the correct time. I took it first by googling "timezones of Canada" and then comparing is this right with recent articles, because they have time something like "30 minutes ago", look here: https://telegra.ph/file/0a7a80b952214a2216d2d.png And I compared this time with the time I set. And you can compare it also, you'll see that my time is correct.
