The "Sursa foto" (Photo source) acts as a caption for the cover image. According to the Checklist §6.3: "Cover images can also have captions in IV, so don't lose them.".

Note that this does not match the criteria defined in Checklist §6.7 (Source links), as those refer to the article's source, not its assets.

It does not looks like caption, there is no class "caption", text not located under image, etc.
