Just as encryption is only viable on closed systems, so it is that increased privacy regulations will only entrench walled gardens. That should affect thinking on regulation.

Footnotes are not rendered correctly: they're all collected at the end of the page, and that's fine, but they're not correctly linked to/from the original place in the text they're referred from/to.
Links "1", "2", etc. are present in the body of the article, but they're not leading to the corresponding note at the bottom of the page. Even worse, no "back to where you were at" links are present at the end of each footnote.
