It can be removed without endangering the content. Look at my template, I don't have any of these empty paragraphs and I don't miss any content.

If you say that it can remove some content, then show it, please(give a link to the page, where my template cannot handle it).

Also, this rudimentary content appears in other pages(so, it can appear quite often, though it can be removed). For example:
