First, from the cheklist: The date of publication must be shown on the IV page if the date of publication is mentioned ANYWHERE in the source (including meta tags).

This case, the date is mentioned in the <title>. Is it wrong if I choose to present the date in "published_date" since it is the right place to display it to the reader?
Please be aware that the "combined" title contains "|" character and same systemic precise date which is unusual to present in the title (at least in my country).
Second, I have checked all the posts (about 518) on this section. All of the them has same pattern. I believe site template automatically generated and combined the title itself.
