If this media is your cover media and it's the reason behind adding it to the top of the content body (which is just the opposite of the original article); then use it as "cover".

If this media is not your cover media, then why did you added it before the "lead" text?

It isn't set as cover because it's a slideshow. The text isn't set as subtitle because this site sometimes contains multiple paragraphs and links in it. The order of these two blocks isn't that important because if the slideshow _were_ set as cover, the order would still be different from the original.
