From the checklist:
What the user sees when viewing the original article in an ordinary browser has priority over invisible meta-information.
How I undertand you take date from meta tags, but in article date is different.

Date translated in unixtime in accordance with the standard and taking into account the time zone

But in this case minutes are different, so it's not timezone issue. As Valentin said, what user sees in the article has priority over meta data
