miss content and repetition of content

- understand this is a special article page, not like the others on svd.se: 1. those are anchors to divs in the page that don't work. 2. each section has a leading image, it would be inconsistent if the first was missing (there could be paragraphs before the first section)

- 1) Yes, those are navigation / anchors, they are not a slideshow.
2) The cover image is duplicated though. This page does not require a cover image.
