IV don't support list with complex elements inside (<img> and so on).
It's more important to keep right order of elements on the page with losing of list items numbers.
For example, you can see page with more difficult case: http://swathanthram.in/tutorial/2015/01/03/fcitx-malayalam/
where you have big problem with order of article elements because of it
