Slideshows are required only if the source article shows several photos or other media as a slideshow or gallery.

I know that, slideshows must not be used when the article consists entirely of a slideshow (and its caption/description) and there's no other content.

But we can see that this page contains content in tags
<div class = "body"><p></p></div>

So according to the rules there should be slideshow.

The slideshow is still the main content here so it could be considered optional here whether to keep it or not when there are a one paragraph of text.
