This is a service page (FAQ).
Yeah, site use regular posts as service pages and that's why it is pretty hard to distinguish them. However, they can be distinguished pretty well, since accessible from the footer of the website. All of them are in the footer. I believe issue will have no sense if there is a service pages, that can't be accessed this way (that means that pretty every post can be a service page) and will be rendered by my template, but I haven't found any.

This is a static page and should be generated regardless of it's content. And if the page is FAQ it would be viewed even more than regular article
