the description is cut, check my template for reference

But does it describe the contents of the article this time? Yes. So why my template was declined? What essential content was missing?
I can understand when template is declined because of empty description, equality to title.
But I can not understand how it is possible to decline template because description can contain more symbols then there is in meta-tags? There is no such rules.
It is unfair. Let's put all content of the articles in description. Just in case. Why do we need Instant view at all if we have DESCRIPTION.
