The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue was created as part of our final processing of appeals on our earlier decisions submitted by the contestants. If you think this issue was accepted as a result of an error, you have time until 00:01 CET on August, 2 to submit an appeal. Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to participate in our contest! Results are coming soon.

Same situations, still winning:

Sorry for no using of Telegraph, its just first & last case i found today. But i think this problem is not critical for winning templates. Which grade from your today's list it is?

PS. Thank you for great work! :)

You're right, despite this being a UX issue, I'd say it's a Grade 5 — but, unlike many others, this particular Grade 5 issue also happens to be a part of the checklist with direct instructions for such cases.

We've consistently accepted such issues in the course of the contest, so it would be only fair to keep doing this — even if this leaves us without otherwise well-working templates. Something we'll try to avoid when revising the checklist for the next contest (even though this particular case is not easy to go around: having slideshow-only articles in an IV slideshow is very inefficient in terms of UX).
