Should be removed since it can be identified reliably.

It seems that it was pointing to a page but then that page got removed and these links got reset to null.

Anyway not my problem since that is what it is in the page.
The images are clickable in the source and they take you to a different page.
Therefore I believe its optional to fix it.

It's better to remove such links if they are clearly identifiable. It leads to a better user experience, if they won't be taken to a dead end link in the first place.
