This isn't a category. On this site, _every_ article has a category ("news" in this case) and only _some_ of them are consolidated by a common topic ("Bank crisis in Tatarstan"). This topic is very much like "UBER SEX CLAIMS" from the Checklist example, so it should be a kicker.
