It doesn't seem right to format this quote as a <detail>, especially as it's not open by default and has an empty header. An <aside> would be much more fitting for these cases

I can't tell if it's a quote. If you look at this example, there is a pointer to the quote class "quote"

And in this case, we can't be 100% sure there's a quote. Visually, I will agree, it is obvious that it is it.

Putting this part in aside the tag, we subject the template to unpredictable turns. What else can be in such blocks (without the header), except for the quote?

For sure collapsible block, especially with empty header, isn't suitable way to format the text
