Missing mark + missing related articles

- Mark used to highlight some moments in text. Here it's just design. And I don't see rules about using mark.
What about "related": 'Tip redakcie' is like recommendation. They're not related and often out of context.
>Other types of “More” links that are not suitable for the “Related articles” block should be removed, provided this is technically possible without endangering essential content.
Also related links with same heading should be combined in one block
