- I've thought long and hard about including it or not.
Firstly, it's *not* a section or a category, because it's different for every single article, and is custom written to explain the gist of the article in a short, funny accent. I guess that you believe it's a category because it starts with "from" and ends with "dept" as in "department", but that's just their funny way to describe the article. You can find the real categories here, under "editions" or "topics":

It's not relevant enough to be put in a subtitle, I wouldn't have liked for it to be omitted because it serves a purpose, and is in the spirit of the website. So, I believe, the kicker is the right element for it to be included in. It kind of "kicks", in a funny way. :)
