- you can inspect the whole blockquote and you can find out that I did this on purpose because the part that you mark it is another blockquote in the whole blockquote and the author just didn't make that by mistake and he/she has a point, the point is that part is important and its need to be more special in the whole blockquote and he/she decide to put it in another blockquote to show the user that this is not just a regular part of the main blockquote but it is more important, and need to read in a specific way, you know why I think it is important to show that part separately of the whole blockquote because it has shown in a different way in original page
and as the iv didn't support a blockquote in another blockquote I had to put that part in a <strong> to show the user that this one is important.
but you just put the whole text in one blockquote and the poor user never find out that this one was in another blockquote and it needs more attention.
