This seems should be fixed by telegram devs because simple <p> inside <li> outputs that result. When i've converted <p> to <span> it was fixed, but that seems wrong to me, what if there are multiple <p>? Amir's template not handling this too. Because its not our mistake and in new articles lists work properly.
