Image link leads to same article and must be removed

2. There is no such rule on the checklist.
the checklist states that 6.3.1, Image links: Must be preserved if they are meaningful, what if there is an article that has
an important link on the image? it is hard to detect.
On the other hand, you would probably give me an issue if I didn't put the image link.
