Missing bold formatting

- There are no <b> or <strong> in the source. It is only a bigger font in <span>. But also it is not a header as one list ago here (formatted correctly too).
There is only one possibility in IV to make text bigger: it is to format some text as header. But I don't want to do this, when text in the source has no header tag. It can corrupt understanding of the paragraph, when this paragraph doesn't have header sense.
Bold at the end of the article is formatted correctly.
