The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Should not. Without possibility of broke layout you cant move images out of table or replace table tags (<table><td><tr>) with <span>

There is no clear way, so much better do not render IV than broke part of article layout
