- Should not. This is part of the article and here can be any content with header <h4> and <ul> list. There is no any key to determine related block.
And you linked wrong issue. In your example <ul> block have class "review_list" what you can correctly processing (and in my template thats already work). But here, as i already wrote - there is no any key.
Here is an example with a <ul> block that, if wrapped in <related>, will lose some of the essential text. There is no <h4> so in your template works normal, but, some author can make something like that with <h4> and then you will loose data.
