It's inner adverise existing in every article of this site (promo of site's own app). Can be easily removed.

It's simple paragraph and as I experienced from other issues, it shouldn't be removed because it could be dangerous (I see your point, we can use the text inside the element to choose it, however my some issues were declined because of the element has no class or id name so it can't be identified clearly).
2. They want to inform people about their app and it's not "advertisement", it's just service.
3. If once they change a single character of part of the text, it will be visible again according to the rule you probably wrote. ( @remove: $body//p[contains(..., "...Kota Dostu TeknoBurada Android...")] ) so it's not like a class or id name that is hard to be changed because it's placed in style files and not changed frequently.
