Sorry admins and Sergey for duplicating, but had to clarify this issue. Most of the times this comes as a slideshow caption which can be set (not an image caption). but some pages have image and you will have to set it as image caption.
Already repaired. I just couldn't resubmit my template because of the bug of Telegram.
