I don't understand why "or it must not generate IV".
This URL needs IV, can be generated and should be generated.
Works perfect on my template, check, please.

There are many photo gallery articles on separated category "Foto":

There are no reasons to omit these from IV.

Generally speaking, it's better to not generate an IV than to generate a corrupted IV with missing essential content.

So it depends on what can be supported from the domain. If all images can be supported so that the IV won't be corrupted, then an IV should be generated.

But yes, this is a duplicate issue.
