According to the new rules (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#3-2-link-preview) the site_name should be "Telegraf.rs". Here you can find their official logo: https://www.telegraf.rs/static/img/push-notification-logo.svg

Also, on Twitter they used "Telegraf", on Facebook "Telegraf".
That "push notifications" logo not visible on page.
Also, that can't be found on article source code. And "push-notification-logo.svg" not "official logo".
As you can see they used this as main logo:
