The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Issue #2

This is must not be cited.
because of contains the description and not only copyright
Љубиша Беговић
<div class="autor-slike">
Autor slike (serbian lang) - Author of the picture

This is strictly identifiable as photo credit (author of the picture).
First picture is identifiable and separated from other pictures on every page.
Check source code.

They use this only for photo credit, on 99.999% articles.
Check other articles.
If they sometime add some extra text after author of the photo that's their mistakes, we can't fix it on single page base.

Why <cite> tag if we can't use them as photo credit.

Yes, using <figcaption> is always safely, but if we must use <figcaption> in 99.999% cases then <cite> is unnecessary as tag fot photo credit, isn't it?
And really there is no point to use <figcaption> for all photo credit because of 0.001% cases like this instead use <cite> for all cases.
To repeat, the div tag indicates that this is strictly about author of the photo.

If this will be accepted then I don't have words :-)
