Technically we can remove such paragraphs, but ethically should we? I don't know. I think it's not a critical issue though.
P.S.
In the original page the empty <p> goes before the Read more section because I move the <related> block to the end of the page since it sometimes can interrupt the sequence of content pieces: https://tennis.bg/article/video-razprodadoha-biletite-za-laver-cup-za-dva-chasa/13038/ (notice the last sentence with a semicolon at the end).
I think IV having related links placed at the bottom would only benefit from a more consistent reading experience since 90% of the time they are already arranged that way.
