Must generate an IV for articles.

- Just a bit of common sense: why should we (and Telegram especially) bother to create templates for articles that even site itself would not bother to support?
These are obsolete articles, all images are deleted from server and could not be shown. So what's the point of generating IV for them - its better to focus on the maintained ones, the ones that are actually readed
To admins: these articles really should be optional. What do you think?

- This is an obscure old subdomain not used anymore. Since it's inaccessible from the website's navigation and it's very unlike that users to share links to these pages, supporting it can be considered optional.
