Must generate IV for articles.

- That's an obsolete articles - even media elements are deleted on server
So i guess it's better to focus on what users will be actually reading than to write templates for irrelevant archives

- For news sites, it is acceptable to leave older articles with different layouts from what is currently used unsupported. Such archived pages are not likely to be shared often. It is definitely nice to support them in case somebody does share them, but this is strictly optional.
