Must generate an IV for articles

- Just a bit of common sense: why should we (and Telegram especially) bother to create templates for articles that even site itself would not bother to support?
These are obsolete articles, all images are deleted from server and could not be shown. So what's the point of generating IV for them - its better to focus on the maintained ones, the ones that are actually readed
To admins: these articles really should be optional. What do you think?

- We agree with the creator. For news sites, it is acceptable to leave older articles with different layouts from what is currently used unsupported. Such archived pages are not likely to be shared often. It is definitely nice to support them in case somebody does share them, but this is strictly optional.
