Sorry for opening the same issue twice, but I can't explain to you what the issue is otherwise. The IV preview uses UTC+-0 to display the time. So if you covert the from Thai which is UTC+7 to UTC+-0, the time should show 09:01 instead of the same time as on the page. You have to use @datetime to convert to the correct timezone or the time will always be false for all users.

I never seen any rules about a "correct" timezone in the Checklist, so I prefer to leave the first parameter of @datetime "0" to keep time looking same as on original page.
