These clearly are dynamic, check the dates. Also they are related by the category.

P.S: Isn't it scary when you get a notification saying you got issues in your template?

"It's clearly related posts - check its class (it's "related-posts"). Furthermore see Checklist, p. 6.3.2:
"We will not accept issues on whether or not links formatted as “Related articles” are thematically related enough or static enough."
