It looks like you missed or removed on purpose the "Credit()" part.

My concern is because on the following page you kept "Photo:" in the photo credits captions:
https://theblast.com/justin-bieber-museum-sneakers/

Other templates has the whole string preserved. What if they replace this caption with something different?

If you used regex to match what is in columns then this might be an issue.

I removed it. I described why I did it in the issue I mentioned.

I do not clearly understand the phrase "My concern is because ...". On the page you mentioned my template stores "Photo: Stratford Perth Museum" text in a <figcaption> tag, so everything is good.

Authors of other templates may do with captions whatever they want. Again, I don't understand how it is related to my template and this page.

Which columns? Did you mean rows with credits? What do you mean by "this might be an issue"? Did you meant by "this" using regex? Could you then find a case where using a regex leads to an error? Because here everything is good.
